Principal Partner
Corporations, foundations, and entities that support RHA's mission to enhance climate resilience. Principal Partners contribute annual funding aligned with their 10-year average net income* bracket, or a combination of financial support and an approved in-kind contribution (minimum $150,000 value).
Associate Partner
Organizations and stakeholders wishing to contribute annual financial support.
In-Kind Partner
Organizations, non-profits, and stakeholders contributing in-kind services, expertise, or research in support of RHA initiatives. In-kind contributions must be backed by market documentation for Board approval, directly advance RHA's mission, and be formalized in a written agreement outlining scope, deliverables, and reporting.

*“Net Income” means the Principal Partner’s consolidated net income based on 10-year average, as reported in audited financial statements or public filings; if unavailable, by CFO certification in a form acceptable to RHA. For conglomerates, “Net Income” refers to the business unit most directly aligned with RHA’s mission, if reasonably separable and certified.
